Delivery Information
Standard Delivery Charges (UK Mainland only)
Delivery is free on certain eligible products (it will mention it in the listing).
Standard Delivery Time is 3-6 working days (although it might take longer due to COVID-19 slowing down the delivery network).
For orders up to 10kg a delivery fee of £3.49 will be applied.
For orders over 10kg we charge an additional £3.49 (and for each additional 10kg).
Standard Delivery Charges (UK Out of Area Postcodes)
Free delivery products are not eligible for UK Out of Area Postcodes
For orders under 400g delivery costs £3.95
For orders over 400g delivery is £5.95.
For all orders over 10kg we charge an additional £5.95 (and for each additional 10kg) .

Express Delivery Charges (UK Mainland)
Express Delivery Time is 1 working day, if placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri).
(although it might take longer due to COVID-19 slowing down the delivery network).
Charges:
0-500g - £5.49
Up to 10kg - £6.49
For all orders over 10kg we charge an additional £6.49 (and for each additional 10kg).
Returns
If an order is returned to ourselves that was shipped using the express delivery option, the express fee will not be refunded.
Please note: We strive to ensure our delivery targets are met but sadly when they're not we're unable to accept liability for any out of pocket expenses incurred for failed or delayed orders. You're still entitled to your full statutory rights.
International Orders
As we have recently relaunched our website, international orders will not be offered yet, but we aim to get this launched in mid-2020. If you wish to order outside of the UK please use the contact us page for the time being.
